Please assist your child with his/her homework if necessary and be sure he/she returns it the next day.  

Below is this week's spelling word list. Please be sure that your child reads and practices these words every day. Your child’s spelling test scores directly reflect the time he/she spends reading and practicing the words.  

Also, your child must be the one that completes the reading log. The reading log is due on Monday so that your child may have the weekend to finish it.  It is essential that your child read as much as possible to strengthen her/his reading skills; and it is a required assignment.
