Newsletter Highlights 1/10/11

Monday, January 17, is Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day; there will be no school.

Monday, January 24, will be our 100th day of school! This is a very important day as school funding is based on student attendance on that day. Please make every effort to have your child in class and on time that day. We will have some special 100th Day of School activities.

The children still really like to share and hear about classmates who demonstrate good character. Please send in a note when your child demonstrates a noteworthy act of good character.

Be sure your child is reading and completing the reading log each week. This is a required assignment! If you need books or reading material just let me know so that I can help with this.
