Hi! I hope everyone had a wonder fall weekend!
I would like to thank those of you that came in for parent teacher conferences last week. I really appreciate this time. If you were unable to come in at your scheduled time and you would like to come in on another day please send me a note and I will be happy to arrange a time for us to meet.
Thursday, October 7, is an extremely important day for La Paloma Academy. It is the 40th day of school and funding is based on student attendance that day. Please make every effort to have your child at school. It will be a fun day as well. We will be making applesauce that day!
Grandparent's Day will be Wednesday, October 13. Grandparents will meet in the cafeteria for refreshments then visit the classrooms. Report card day will for the first quarter will also be that Wednesday. So that you can make necessary arrangements please note that lunch will not be served and there will be no After School classes.
Harvest Break will be Thursday and Friday, October 12 and 13. There will be no school that day.
