Wednesday is Dr. Seuss' birthday. Students may dress as a Dr. Seuss character, wear wild socks, or wear Friday dress.

Our Pancake Breakfast with the Principal will be this Friday, March 4.

Wednesday, March 16, is report card day. Report cards will be sent home with students and there will be no lunch served or After-School classes that day.

Spring Break will be Thursday and Friday, March 17 and 18. We will be back in school Monday, March 21.

Grandparent's Day Rodeo Fun

Hi!

This Wednesday, February 23, is Grandparent's Day! We are looking forward to our visit!

Please be sure your child turns in the signed permission slip to go to the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum. We will be going next Monday, February 28. Please remember to pack a lunch as we will be eating lunch at Reid Park.

This Thursday and Friday, February 24 and 25, are Rodeo Days vacation and there will be no school those days.

Due to the short week we will not have a spelling test.

If you haven't done so already, please be sure to sign and return the permission slip for our trip to the Desert Museum! Just have your child ask for another if you need one.

Next Wednesday, February 23, is Grandparents Day! This is a fun day and the children really like to spend time with their grandparents. We are looking forward to our visit!

Students may wear western attire on that Wednesday.

Hi! I hope everyone had a great weekend!

This week is Love of Reading week at La Paloma Academy! On Tuesday we will read some favorite stories. Your child may bring in a favorite book to read or have read to the class.

If you have not done so already please sign and return the permission slip to the Desert Museum. We will be going to the museum Monday, February 28. There will be no admission charge. We will need one more chaperone. Please let me know if you would be able to chaperone this trip. (You must have fingerprints on file at the school.) Thanks!
